AFH buys 470-client strong Premier Wealth Management for up to £4.5m

Consolidator AFH has acquired Harrogate-based IFA Premier Wealth Management for a maximum £4.5m, adding 470 clients to the firm's books.

The deal will also see Premier Wealth Management's boss Richard Evans, as well as colleagues Andrew Huby and Tom Frane, join AFH's growing team of advisers, with Frane being employed as a trainee. Evans's daughter Lottie will continue to manage the team's offices, which are based just outside Harrogate.  Evans has been an adviser since 2006, while Huby has been advising for more than 25 years.
