Felix Milton from North Devon-based firm Philip J Milton & Company has reached Chartered status at the age of 23.

Milton joined the family firm at the age of 18 and gained Chartered status on the day of his five-year anniversary at the company originally established by his father, Philip. The 23-year-old Chartered financial planner said he had learned so much by studying for his Level 6 qualifications he believed the Financial Conduct Authority should extend the minimum requirement to advise clients from Level 4 Diploma to the Level 6 exams.
