Ben Willis exits Whitechurch for Chase de Vere

Leaves after 12 years

Ben Willis, head of research at Whitechurch Securities, is leaving the firm after 12 years to join Chase de Vere as head of portfolio management.

He will join Chase de Vere on 30 April to take up the new role. The hire comes as Chase de Vere is in the process of applying for regulatory permissions to launch its first discretionary investment service in the first half of 2018. Chase de Vere chief executive Stephen Kavanagh said: "We need to ensure our discretionary model portfolio service is a market-leading proposition and that it will provide significant benefits to our clients.
