CII reveals 'modern, relevant' office move to Lombard St

The CII is moving across the City of London to 21 Lombard Street - next door to the original site of Lloyd's Coffee House - to which the origins of insurance can be traced back, the professional body said.

The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) said the move was in line with its ‘Strategic Manifesto' and its aim to "be modern, relevant and diverse and provide its membership and the wider profession with relevant learning, insightful leadership and engaged membership". The new office, which the CII will move into in June, will provide an open-plan, fully up-to-date and "technologically sound" base to operate from, it said, and will also boast a dedicated conference space that holds up to 50 people.
