Ashcourt Rowan sells remaining SIPP business to Mattioli Woods

Wealth manager Ashcourt Rowan has sold its remaining SIPP and SSAS business to Mattioli Woods.

The £355,000 sale will see the SIPP and SSAS business, which it obtained when it acquired UK Wealth Management, move to City Trustees, which is the pension and trustee arm of Mattioli Woods. > Read: Ashcourt Rowan completes acquisition of UKWM < The sale comprises the pension trustee companies, Acomb Trustees Limited, Simmonds Ford Trustees Limited and Ropergate Trustees Limited, and the trade and certain assets of Pensions Administration Limited.
