Perspective Financial Group up for sale

Cheshire-based financial advisory group Perspective is understood to have put itself up for sale ahead of the Retail Distribution Review (RDR).

Perspective, a consolidator of independent financial advisers, is believed to have hired business advisory group KPMG to run an auction on the firm, expected to raise between £60m to £80m, according to the Manchester Evening News. The deadline for the first round of bids was last Friday. Perspective, which is headquartered in Wilmslow and has a network of 24 offices nationwide employing 230 staff, is led by managing director Damian Keeling.
