New SSAS provider enters market

The Company SSAS is the latest small self-administered pension provider to enter the market.

The company, set up by pensions administrator Hartley SAS, will offer the products on a bespoke basis. Emma Fitzmaurice, sales director (pictured) said the firm was fully prepared for client use and would adapt quickly to regulatory changes. The Company SSAS said it aims to provide a "human" service to clients and advisers with services including regular trustee meetings and flexibility; if an investment is allowable under HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) pension legislation, it can usually be held in the SSAS.
