Better Retirement Group launches The Retirement Academy

A new website called The Retirement Academy has been launched to help advisers with retirement queries and research in the approach to RDR.

The Academy was created by Better Retirement Group's directors Billy Burrows [pictured] and Tim Eadon. Burrows said the service is: "A basket of resources for IFAs to use who are in the annuity and drawdown space." He also said he hoped the site would help IFAs become comfortable with the newer third way annuity products, as well as helping them get into shape for regulatory change. The site will include online quotes, annuity calculators, an IFA discussion group and updates when GAD rates change. In addition, it will include master-classes on key retirement issues.
