SLI rolls out 'clean' share class

Standard Life Investments (SLI) has joined a host of larger fund groups launching low-cost share classes ahead of the retail distribution review (RDR).

SLI has rolled out a fully-unbundled share class, with a typical 0.75% AMC across the fund range, down from 1.5%, after stripping out commission charges. From Q1 next year SLI will offer three different share classes for investors; the existing retail class, institutional and a clean ‘Z' class.
