JPM launches EM Income fund for Titherington

J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPAM) has launched an emerging market income fund for Richard Titherington.

Titherington, chief investment officer for emerging market equities and manager of the group's GEM Income trust, will tap into high dividend-paying emerging market companies. Mike Parsons, head of UK Fund Sales at JPAM said: "I have said for a long time that UK investors have too much reliance on UK-centric funds for their income needs and are missing out on more compelling returns from overseas companies.
