Cofunds looks to new blood with launch of apprenticeship scheme

Cofunds is piloting a graduate and school leaver apprenticeship scheme in order to bring new talent into the industry.

The scheme, which launched this month in partnership with the Anglia Ruskin University, has already employed two graduates currently undergoing a training programme within the sales and HR departments before being placed in permanent roles within the firm. Later this month, the platform will take on five undergraduates for four to six week work experience placements across departments including finance, operations, IT and marketing.
