New wealth management platform targets HNW market

Societe Generale Private Banking (SGPB) Hambros has launched a new platform for intermediaries offering investment and private banking support for high net worth clients.

The Wealth Partnership Service will be made available to a limited number of wealth managers, family offices and financial planners. It is the first time SGPB Hambros has worked with intermediaries and the firm claims the new solution, targeting assets of over £1m, will meet the needs of RDR for "transparency" and "openness". SGPB Hambros has been trialling the service with one prominent intermediary and is expecting to roll it out to a select group of between 10 and 15 firms within the next three years.
