'Rank-an-adviser' site aims to boost IFA standards

A website where consumers can search for and rank regulated financial advisers has launched.

Set for a full roll-out in January, wealth management site Rubii.co.uk enables consumers to search through a database of advisers, general planners and wealth managers - as well specialists in tax, pension, mortgage and investment. Rubii.co.uk says consumers can publicly rank advisers and comment on the quality of their service, in a bid to help transparency in the industry. Highly ranked advisers will receive a more prominent position on the site and in search results, elevating the potential for new business.
