Pru adds new links to back-office providers

Prudential has added new contract enquiry links to three back-office software providers as part of its adviser extranet service.

As part of an ongoing programme of enhancements to its extranet, Prudential has added links to Quay Software, Plum Software and IntelliFlo’s software solution. It says the links allow advisers and support staff to obtain information immediately on Prudential policies, including current and surrender values with a full fund breakdown. This online method is being offered as an alternative to calling Prudential’s contact centre, which it says makes it easier for advisers to do business.
