May 10 through to May 16 marks Mental Health Awareness Week 2021, a campaign encouraging people to be more aware of their own mental health, as well as what they can do to support others. The impacts of the coronavirus pandemic on our mental health could be colossal and so it is important to make sure we are taking care of our mental health.
