Decumulation not 'plug and play' solution, PA360 panellists warn

Advisers need to treat each client's decumulation pot in retirement differently and should be careful of asset managers offering 'sequencing risk solutions', an expert panel told the audience at PA360.

Panellist Marcel Bradshaw, head of UK retail at Orbis Investments, told delegates at Professional Adviser's flagship conference on 25 April that advisers should understand decumulation was not a "plug and play" solution as each client's pot has to be treated differently.
