Support service provider Threesixty has launched a system of targeted support for advice firms that undertake defined benefit (DB) transfer business.

Threesixty has begun offering advisers what it called a 'menu' of targeted support to help them improve their services. The support dishes on that menu include a review of DB pension transfer business to make sure a firm's approach measures up against regulatory standards as well as how firms outsource to discretionary fund managers.
