Money Alive's Adviser Portal has had 30,000 viewings on its defined benefit (DB) educational videos, the firm has revealed.
Money Alive offers educational videos for consumers, which can be used as an alternative triage service to the traditional face-to-face service offered by advisers during the defined benefit (DB) transfer process. The firm claimed "hundreds" of advisers were now using the portal, including representatives of Openwork, Succession and BRI Wealth Management.
