St James's Place (SJP) has selected the 100th candidate to join its Edinburgh financial adviser academy, according to the firm.
The financial advice giant launched its academy, which sees participants take part in a two-year career change programme, in 2016. The academy has centres in Aberdeen, Belfast, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle and more, with some 400 students now working towards qualifying as advice professionals. Edinburgh has run six programmes since its launch and its last cohort of candidates saw its 100th professional join the city's scheme.
