Advise group AFH's programme to help former members of the armed forces train to become IFAs has been awarded the Armed Forces Covenant bronze award by the Ministry of Defence.
The consolidator's programme offers former service personnel 12 months of education, including on-the-job training in key teams within the business. It also helps them to study to gain a Level 4 diploma in financial planning and, at the end, participants will have a six-month mentoring programme to help with transitioning into their new role. AFH will also help to support the employment of service and veterans' partners.
