Schroders appoints multi-asset strategy head to work alongside Kyrklund

Schroders has hired Lesley-Ann Morgan as head of multi-asset strategy to work alongside the group's global head of multi-asset investments Johanna Kyrklund.

In this newly-created role, Morgan will have a core focus on the firm's strategic partnerships with clients across the globe. She begins her role on 1 November, working together with Kyrklund to lead the firm's strategic partner engagement efforts. Kyrklund will continue to focus on delivering investment performance for clients. Morgan has 25 years of investment management experience, and has held a number of senior roles at Schroders, starting in 2011 as a senior strategist before becoming head of global strategic solutions just a year later.
