The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has cut its gender pay gap following the rollout of a targeted action plan in 2016.
The professional body said its mean gender pay gap was now 16.64% - down from 28.00% in 2017 and below the sector average of 29.00%. Its median gender pay gap also fell from 18.00% last year to 5.65% now. ...
