Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers has acquired the advisory arm of Carlisle-based accountancy business Saint & Co.
The deal will add £100m of assets under advice (AUA) to the life company's national financial planning business and take it over the £2bn AUA mark. It is the third acquisition of 2018 for OMW Private Client Advisers after it snapped up a Wiltshire-based firm in February and a Scottish IFA in May. Saint & Co partner and adviser Phillip Dillon, adviser Trevor Iredale and a support team will all join OMW Private Client Advisers' Cumbria office.
