All four of the advisers working at Bolton-based firm Chancellor Financial Management have achieved full Fellowship status.
David Torkington, who is also a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute, is the latest member of the team of achieve Fellowship status, the highest accolade bestowed by the Personal Finance Society (PFS). Torkington has joined the firm's director Grant Farnell and Chartered financial planners David Heaton and Ed Painter in receving the accolade. There are fewer than 2,800 PFS Fellows in total.
