Women at Intrinsic receive half bonus pay of men

Top-quartile employees more than two-thirds men

Women at Old Mutual Wealth's (OMW) adviser network Intrinsic on average received around half (51%) the bonus pay of men, according to the firm's gender pay gap figures.

More women were, however, paid bonuses than men at Intrinsic - 88% versus 81% respectively - according to figures published on the gov.uk website. The firm's top quartile was more than two-thirds (68%) male, while the upper middle quartile had a similar number (64%) of male employees. The lower middle quartile, however, had a roughly even split of women and men - 49% versus 51%. The firm's lowest paid employees were majority female (56%).
