SimplyBiz Group is considering floating on the London Stock Exchange, according to reports.
The group is targeting an initial public offering of around £140m and £155m that would raise £30m of new money, according to someone "familiar with the matter", Reuters has said. Its source also said SimplyBiz is working with Zeus Capital on the offering. SimplyBiz responded to the reports by saying: "The SimplyBiz Group is a successful private business and has a clear and ambitious growth strategy, with an experienced management team in place to deliver it.
