Sanlam UK has bought Grennan Advisers in a deal that sees it acquire the East Yorkshire-based financial planning business's book of clients and £60m of assets under management (AUM).
Grennan Advisers was launched in 2013 by Stuart Grennan and Helen Chapman. It specialises in providing holistic financial planning services for high net worth individuals and business executives. Grennan and Chapman, who said they were impressed with Sanlam's "client-centric attitude and its desire to provide a truly outcome driven service", will work with Sanlam UK to support the handover and integration of client relationships.
