Aviva publicises list of new platform's woes

Includes issues with payments to advisers

Aviva has published a list of the issues its newly-launched adviser platform is suffering as it tries to overcome multiple "teething issues".

The life company launched its new, FNZ-powered platform on 23 January and has since been suffering from a series of bedding-in problems. Advisers have been in touch with Professional Adviser over the last couple of weeks to bemoan the issues they have been experiencing with the platform. The public "whiteboard" page follows recent praise from commentators for the transparent and open way Aviva has gone about its re-platforming project - particularly the migration to the new platform and the new platform's teething issues.
