In its paper 'FCA Mission: Our Future Approach to Customers', the FCA asked three questions about who should take what responsibility for consumers in financial services. They were: In what circumstances can consumers not be expected to take responsibility for their actions? Do you agree firms have a responsibility to identify and act on vulnerability? Which consumer issues sit within the FCA's remit and which are the responsibility of government?
