Interactive Investor acquires Trustnet Direct's investment platform

Interactive Investor has acquired Trustnet Direct's investment platform business, for which it current provides white label services.

This marks a further step towards the consolidation of the brand following Interactive Investor's purchase of Trustnet Direct Investing earlier this year, which brought £21bn assets under management to the firm.  The investment platform said it was not disclosing any information on price. Agreement has also been reached with other Interactive Investor share-dealing white label partners, including Telegraph Investor, The Motley Fool and SharePrice for customers to move to the brand. Clients at Trustnet Direct, is owned by FE, will not be affected and can expect uninterrupted custody...
