Fairstone buys HNW-specialist Hase Osborne

Fairstone Group has fully acquired Hase Osborne Asset Management adding £250m in assets under management.

The consolidator said the deal was its fourth full acquisition in 2017. Hase Osborne, a Chartered firm based in Wendover, Buckinghamshire, has total revenues of £2.1m and 14 staff providing specialist pensions, investment and tax planning advice to 650 clients. Principal John Osborne said: "The acquisition by Fairstone allows us to continue to provide our clients with high quality independent financial advice with the support of a strong infrastructure so that we can fully focus on our clients and ensure they get the best possible investment options."
