Start-up Flying Colours Wealth Management has launched a 'new model' IFA network, which aims to generate adviser revenues of £500,000 per head by 2022.
The network aims to grow to about 500 IFAs and believes it can close the "productivity gap" in the sector by offering a new type of support to its advisers. Ambitious revenues of £500,000 per head would represent more than three times the national average, which the Financial Conduct Authority in May calculated to be between £120,000 and £145,000 per adviser.
