Openwork appoints customer protection panel chair

Financial adviser network Openwork has appointed Saffron Building Society chief customer officer Sarah Howe as chair of its customer protection panel.

Howe will continue in her role at Saffron Building Society and will work with Openwork concurrently.  Howe has 30 years' industry experience, having previously worked as marketing director for insurance specialist RIAS and as chief marketing officer at health insurer BUPA. As customer protection panel chair, Howe will lead the group responsible for ensuring that Openwork's proposition development and promotion meet customer requirements and expectations.
