'Re:Platforming' - Average delays hit 15 months…and counting

Six adviser platforms currently undergoing mass asset migration to new technology are experiencing an average delay of 15 months between them on their projects, Professional Adviser has found.

Alliance Trust Savings (ATS), Ascentric, Aviva, FundsNetwork and Old Mutual Wealth are all experiencing lengthy delays, while rival Aegon is the only platform to avoid a delay so far, somewhat helping the overall delay averages for the re-platforming cohort.  Top of the list Old Mutual Wealth (OMW) and ATS top the delay list, with both platforms nursing two-year setbacks.
