FCA appoints Maggie Craig to head Scottish arm

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has appointed pensions policy chief Maggie Craig as head of department in Scotland.

In the new role, created to take forward the FCA's presence in Scotland, Craig will contribute to Scottish aspects of FCA policies, the regulator said. Boasting 20 years' experience in the Scottish financial services industry, the former director of the Association of British Insurers joined the FCA in 2014 and is currently head of insurance and pensions policy. She will take up her new role in September.
