The Personal Finance Society (PFS) is hoping to resolve funding issues with the government "in due course", which have seen its flagship apprenticeship scheme Aspire off to a staggered start.
Only 52 apprentices were able to begin their programme on time in London and Birmingham while 36 apprentices in the Bristol and Manchester cohorts were unable to start their courses because of funding issues....
