Structured product specialists Hilbert Investment Solutions has appointed David McFadyen as its UK business development manager, to oversee its new upcoming discretionary portfolio management service.

In his new role, McFadyen will manage FCA regulated intermediary client accounts and market its discretionary portfolio management service, which is due to launch later this year. He comes from Meteor Asset Management, where he set up its institutional business development team that provided structured products to institutional groups in the UK.
