Members of the Wealth Management Association (WMA) have agreed to the proposed merger with adviser trade body the Association of Professional Financial Advisers (APFA), paving the way for an official sign-off on 1 June.
The vote by WMA members followed APFA members' ‘unanimous' vote in favour of the merger at an EGM on 23 May. The combined entity will be called the Personal Investment Management & Financial Advice...
