LifeQuote has launched a new case-tracking system with real-time updates on all protection insurance cases.
Advisers can now see, in a summary view, the status of all protection applications from all insurers in one place, whether ‘in progress', ‘awaiting start date', ‘at risk' or ‘completed'.
In addition, the system provides enhanced details of all live cases, including all correspondence with clients, and a new ‘key milestones' filter enabling advisers to see what client information is required and whether it has been returned or not.
Advisers can also track cases post-completion with notifications of direct debit cancellations and lapses.
Details of commission payments are available as a new feature along with a full administration history of completed cases.
