IFA Continuum is to set up a joint venture with accountancy network 2020 Innovations, acting as the sole adviser to its 5,000 firms and potential one million clients.
The partners will also establish regional steering groups on forging strategic relationships between financial advisers and accountants.
Continuum worked with 2020 for about a year, along with other national IFAs and networks, before the firms agreed on an exclusive partnership at the end of January.
IFA partnership Continuum was set up by Martin Brown (pictured) in 2014 and soon after became part of the Caerus network. It currently has about £400m of funds under influence and has formed professional connections with a variety of organisations.
In April former Positive Solutions CEO Jim Reeve joined the firm in a non-executive role.
2020 managing director Ian Fletcher said: "We recognised an increasing demand from our members for a modern financial planning experience.
"As a growing firm like us, Continuum were a natural partner for us to work alongside. They place clients at the centre of everything they do which means our members and their clients can be confident they will get the highest level of service and advice."
Continuum managing partner Martin Brown added: "We are delighted to be the partner of choice to 2020 and look forward to expanding our service offering to 2020 members and their clients nationwide."
