Defaqto launches pension ratings service

Defaqto has launched a pension ratings service for financial advisers which assesses the quality of service from providers.

Defaqto's Pension Service Ratings uses advisers' experience to determine the provider ratings. The data is gathered from a survey of 500 advisers who deal in and advise on individual pension products. It explained advisers rate the importance they place on 41 aspects of service. They also list their satisfaction scores. Defaqto then uses all this data and information to rate providers Gold, Silver or Bronze, or not at all.
