FCA roadshow presentations 'rated 9 out of 10' by advisers

Advisers have rated Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) presentations above 90% for the second quarter in a row, according to a survey by the Personal Finance Society (PFS).

The PFS, which organised the regional roadshows featuring presentations from the FCA, said advisers were impressed by the content and delivery of the FCA's continued professional development (CPD) presentations delivered by senior communications associate Mark Goold and technical specialist Rory Percival. The positive rating showed advisers have recognised the FCA's different cultural approach to its FSA predecessors, the PFS said.
