Chase de Vere appointed sole adviser to clients of new building society

National IFA Chase de Vere has teamed up with a newly launched building society to become the sole adviser to its clients.

Chase de Vere will predominantly advise Family Building Society's clients on inheritance tax planning, long-term care planning and funding for education costs. The newly launched building society mainly targets people aged 45 to 65 and their families with "generational advice", it said, and was keen to appoint an independent adviser. The company is the first building society to open in the UK for three decades. It is based in Epsom, Surrey.
