Personal Touch launches business development programme for members

Mortgage adviser network Personal Touch Financial Services has launched a business development programme for its member firms to help them grow and manage their businesses.

In what marks a move away from previous product-orientated training, member firms will be taught to build strategic long-term business plans and mitigate regulatory risks in a series of specialist workshops, Personal Touch said. The programme will be facilitated by external industry experts and split into three modules focusing on business planning, recruitment skills, managing people effectively and budgeting.
