Towergate Financial acquires K B Rollitt & Co

Towergate Financial has started the New Year in expansion drive with the acquisition of fee-based IFA K B Rollitt & Company.

The firm will become part of Towergate's Eastern region, headed up by regional managing director Paul Chafer. He will work alongside K B Rollitt managing director (MD) Kelvin Rollitt who becomes director of financial planning and will look to grow the business. The move comes on the back of a busy acquisition period for Towergate, which has seen the advisory business acquire 10 businesses over the last two years.
