Invesco Perpetual plans to launch a new total return split-cap investment trust, Investment Week understands.
The new trust will be managed by Martin Walker, who runs the group's £865m UK Growth and £117m Children's portfolios. Both vehicles are second quartile over one year to 31 August, according to Morningstar. He also co-manages the Luxembourg-domiciled Invesco Pan European Equity fund. Invesco Perpetual declined to comment.
