Keydata placed into administration

Keydata Investment Services was today placed into administration on the grounds it is insolvent.

The investment manager specialises in the design and distribution of structured products for individual investors and provides third party administration services for other financial institutions. Dan Schwarzmann and Mark Batten of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PWC) have been appointed joint administrators.
