Nicholas Evans, manager of the £62m AXA Framlington Global Technology fund, has resigned.
The fund manager was believed to have handed in his notice last week. Stephen Kelly, who runs the £115m American Growth fund, will take on the mandate in the short-term until a replacement is found. A spokesman for AXA said Evans would remain with the firm for several more weeks. He added he was leaving to join "a non-direct competitor", but gave no further information.
