FEARS have emerged about the effectiveness of the FSA’s Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) regime which has not begun to deliver real benefits to clients, despite costing IFA firms a considerable amount of time and money to implement. In the latest survey of the Professional Adviser panel, 9pc admitted they were not prepared for the FSA’s TCF implementation deadline of March 31.
