Winterthur unveils IFA management team

THE new team responsible for Winterthur's intermediary offering has been unveiled following a re-shuffle of management by the new managing director.

David Thompson, appointed to the top role last month, revealed the internal appointments had been made in a bid to help the firm reach key targets for its IFA business throughout the year. The new structure has seen the launch of a marketing department which will be headed by Nick Lee, who is now head of marketing and the firm’s Professional Edge adviser support service. Bernard Henshall will be head of distribution and will continue to support sales teams and work with third party investment managers.
